The 1938 Chevrolet fresh from the junk yard, summer of 67. My brother bought it for $25. It's parked behind our garage and in a field behind our house at a Navy base. No engine, no transmission, no radiator, thrashed wiring, gauges are shot, rotten interior, no grille, lots of dents, ratty paint, and no headlights. I knew it was a hopeful project. I was 14 years old. This car is a real survivor from 1938. Pre WWII!
